BTW, I can't recommend that anyone do this - because it might be illegal, but if you go to CNET and download a program called "Free YouTube to MP3 Converter", you can convert any music video on YouTube to an MP3 music file. And just about any music you can think of is on YouTube. Entire albums, old and new.
So do not under any circumstances load this program and make free copies of thousands of songs. Nope, don't do it.
For older, legal, out-of-copyright music, there's a place called Archive (https://archive.org/) that has thousands of downloads of free music, books, films, etc. Some of the old music is scratchy and such, but most of it has been cleaned up and sounds pretty good. If you want some Edison wax cylinder music, vaudeville tunes, whatever, Archive is the place to go.
In the meantime, music to dance weird by. 8->

I like the beat and those interesting little voices. I could ride my exercise bike through that music. Kind of hypnotizing. Lol
As far as capturing music as an MP3, I'm too paranoid for that anyway so don't need to tell me not to do it.

The free old stuff on Archive.org is all perfectly legal. And it's educational to follow pop music trends from 1900 on until the 1940s. 8->

Forgot to mention that a good source of music variety is in TV series soundtracks on YouTube. I love the "Twin Peaks" music, both original and reboot, plus the music from "iZombie", "The Blacklist", and "Killing Eve". This song came from the "Twin Peaks" reboot. Dozens of songs I've never heard of before.
