Seems like this guy has been doing this rocket stuff a lot. He'd better have his Last Will and Testament in shape, because one day his luck is going to run out. What does he think the horizon is all about? I guess he's never been nearby an ocean and seen a ship disappear. What kind of mind does one have to have to believe this stuff?

What kind of mind does one have to have to believe this stuff? It is difficult to understand such willful ignorance. Or maybe he got his science education from comic books. Or other idiots on youtube, where there is an inexhaustible supply of flat earth stupidity.

Just being on a commercial airliner is high enough to see the curve. No need for rockets. Not sure about this man in particular, but there are plenty out there who believe in a flat earth because it's what Bible says. Not sure why people would go to the trouble to fake a round earth. Satanic plot, I suppose. 8->

This is a tour of the International Space Station by Astronaut Sunita Williams. Very cool. And very crowded with equipment and supplies. At about 13:40 she goes into the cupola, from which the curvature of the earth is clearly obvious. This is from about 250 miles above the surface.
