LOL. interesting enough, I was just there a few seconfs ago and clicking on the Google + stuff and it didn't go anywhere. I was considering it. Gander, I have a question about blogs. Is it really about just getting your thoughts out there without really caring what anyone else thinks as to the opposite or trying to convince others or none of the above, meaning this is what I think and to hell with you? Because if you want replies, it's not working very well.

I'm terribly sorry about that. The platform I'm on isn't very conducive to the comments. It sucks. I'm losing readers for it, I'm sure, and they lose customers (bloggers and readers). I don't know why they would make it difficult for people to come to their site. Makes no sense. If you know of anyway to make it work, I'm all ears. If you can figure out how to jump through their hoops and log in, I would welcome your input. Again, I'm sorry.

Sorry, I know I sounded kind of mean. But to just only accept Google + folks is not real cool, but I know that's what you were trying. I consider myself a rather open-minded person, meaning I can argue any side, honestly, without feeling attacked. I contribute this to being on FACTS for many years, and not just myself. The only problem I have is that atheists want to convert everyone no matter what it takes no matter what. Atheists consider this kind of belief the total of what they are against. Listen, me and many of my kind of beleviers are in your camp as far as we should have our own freedom to believe as we wish-meaning believing or not believing.
It seems to me that the tea party/ultra-conseratives have the same end purpose of activist atheists. What is really the difference? Just because the fundamentalists, you get to throw all of us under the same bus? What about critical thinking? Or is that only about deciding what you and eveyone should disbelieve as you do? What about criticizing actions instead of what you decide is just wrong-headed thinking about what people beleive? The majority of U.S. folks are pretty cool and many Christians are in the camp of the opposite. So, why not focus on that instead of other than that? We are moving the in the right direction. The younger populatiom are coming around. I have way more optimism than you do, athough I understand you pointing out the dark stuff that are still out there.

...atheists want to convert everyone no matter what it takes no matter what... Some atheists, not all. It seems to me that the tea party/ultra-conseratives have the same end purpose of activist atheists. If you mean by this that they want to force their thinking on everyone, I agree. And they are worst than atheists who act that way because they (some of them) are in Congress where they can try to legislate their views.
