As one of the few remaining skeptic at FACTS, let me assure you that you did nothing. Reiki is nonsense, just like any other healing touch (or non-touch) system. I know you feel something when someone does this to you, but it is your imagination. And whatever she thought you were doing to her was her imagination. Can you say placebo?

Do you never actually touch? I attend a Reiki meditation class. I use it as part of my daily meditation practice. The woman who leads this is a Reiki "master" (is that the word?, I don't remember). Anyway, everyone sits & during final meditation she touches directly. She has only ever touched my shoulders, heart & top of head, but she does physically touch. She mentioned in her real practice that people are lying down. She is also an exercise instructor & she has some free classes. Those are the ones I attend, the free ones.

Oh! Back to you! I think you should discuss this with the person who issued the certificate, the "boss", "master", your own practitioner, someone who is certified for years whom you respect & ask their opinion of this matter. After that, you are required (!) to share that opinion here. I, at least, would find that interesting.
