Of course I'll be encouraging, Deb. Working to shed excess weight is easy for some, more difficult for some, but blaming the person making difficult adjustments and choices, is childish. Maybe it makes the individual telling you or anyone they're doing something wrong, feel better about their own situation.....then again, maybe they are just nasty individuals and therefore should be ignored.
Write, we'll listen...and congratulations on your weight loss to this point.

Don't let idiots bother you, and don't get too attached to a schedule. Just do the best you can and allow yourself a little treat once in a while.

Ok, Deb. This is one subject where we can be bosom buddies (well...maybe not, unless you're a C cup too..lol!). Half my life I've been in excellent shape and the other half I've been swelled up like a tick...back and forth...back and forth. I know the drill. I know how to do it and I've lost 100 lbs in three months...several times. That's not healthy.
This time, due to health problems...7 stents in the heart now and got 4 inch stents in each leg just recently...I can't get much exercise. It will still be a while and take a lot of work before I can walk without the cane and not look like I'm blind running drunk. BUT...I've still dropped 66 lb. (as of today) since a year ago February with a low carb, low fat diet. So stick with your plan and remember 'It's not a race'.
I agree completely with Raybar...
