I try to keep track of what goes on in Europe because I think their leftists are even crazier than what we have in the United States. Herein is an article about alleged online "hate speech" and it's resultant reactuon. The body of the article mentions that "hate crimes" against transgender are up in the UK. Personally, I think that's more due to drag queen story time and the general public's distaste at their incursion upon childhood innocence. Naturally, the left leaning press ignores the obvious and attributes this alleged increase to "hate speech". But that's one of those elusive definitions, isn't it? One person's "hate speech" is another's truth. It is far easier to "live and let live" when the other person isn't intruding upon your space. The article doesn't give an example of this alleged "hate speech". I'd be curious to see exactly what constitutes an "arrestable offense" in that regard. Thing is -- monkey see, monkey do. It's only a matter of time before the left starts trying it in the US. www.unilad.co.uk/news/mother-arrested-for-calling-trans-woman-a-man-on-twitter-charged-for-trolling/--Debutante
